Experience
I was a math tutor my junior and senior year in high school. My high school offered a class to learn how to be a math tutor (I was essentially a TA). I am a Learning Assistant for General Biology II at my college. In addition, I work for the Department of Behavioral Immunology and Endocrinology at the Anshutz Medical Campus. I want to tutor because I not only love teaching, but because it helps to reinforce my own learning as well. I have taken General Biology I and II plus labs, Composition I and II, Creative Writing, Religious Studies, Psychology I and II, Neuropsychology, Biological Basis of Behavior, Behavioral Neuroscience, General Chemistry I and I Lab, Psychology and the Law, and College Algebra. I am taking Human Anatomy, Trigonometry, General Chemistry II and II Lab, Introduction to Science, Technology, and Learning (teaching class). I am available for the Castle Rock and Parker areas.

Hobbies
I love the outdoors. I lived without a car for 2 years in Denver and biked everywhere. I love to ski. I play piano as a hobby. I love collecting nerdy earrings (I have atoms and neurons, and avocados currently). I also enjoy playing video games and reading when I have time. I also volunteer with the Franktown Fire Department and assist with the EMT trainings.
