Graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver 2009 with my Undergraduate Degree in Human Growth and Development and Minor with my teaching license in Elementary Education. Attended Grade Canyon University and graduated in 2012 with my Masters in Reading Curriculum and Instruction. Received Panera's Top Teacher Award in 2011
Experience
I have taught in a fourth grade and first grade classroom for just under four years. I have also been tutoring students in all subject areas for the last five years. Additionally, I have been working toward my teaching career since 2006 when I was awarded the top honor student in my vocational class as a sophomore in high school where I was only learning about the teaching profession. Spending my time in an abundance of classrooms from first through fifth grade classrooms encompasses me with the skills necessary to teach students the skills necessary to succeeded in their classrooms.
